The Khanda is the double-edged sword which forms the axis for the Sikh symbol - also called the 'Khanda' or sometimes refered to as the 'Adi Shakti' symbol. This variation swells into a curved point bringing more power to the blade, symbolically bringing greater concentration and power to the mind. Each one is unique with different engravings on the blade. The handle is carved from crystal or precious stone each with a different vibrational energy.
