This coat is hard to photograph, which is an awful thing to admit, but it has real character and style on, in a way that an image cannot show. 

It is made form heavy black linen which is gathered under the arms, with a wide back that is pleated at the shoulders and falls straight from the shoulder line. 
The sleeves are long and tight at the wrist so they ruckle. There is an elasticated belt inside the coat that pulls the cloth in tight under the bust to give a full, sexy line to the front of the coat. It works well over all black beneath. The look is Dickenian.
