This shirt is a homage to the great clothes ethic of the 50's. Irving Penn, the photographer, took so many amazing pictures of women wearing styles similar to this and it has been great fun working to make the shape do all that I wanted on a fuller figure. The belt is inserted around the waist so that it is invisible behind, and just on your skin, but from the front the look is that the waist is small, verging on minute, the bust is flattered and the back of the shirt flares out to give even more of an illusion of a small waist. It works remarkably well on a very full bust with good long legs.

As with all Devotion clothing, if an item is specially made or ordered it cannot be returned, only adjusted. But if items are in stock returns are possible provided the item is returned undamaged and has only been tried on, not worn, as such.
