Endlessly sexy and definitely a statement piece, this dress is made from masses of fabric and can be belted or wrapped around the body in all manner of stylish and sexy ways. A wind machine looks good trained upon it, too. The sleeves are very long and buttoned at the end, the neck ties and I suppose it is better for a height over 5'7" or it will be too enveloping.
